1. APPLICABLE RULES
The included excursions are organized and carried out by Cor Magis Travel on the basis of the Siena Province Administrative Authorization dated 27/03/2003.
The program conforms to the requirements of the verified texts of L.R.T. 16/94 (Tuscan Regional Law).
Notwithstanding any clause the contract is subject to the provisions of law n° 1084 dated 27/12/77 as ratified and implemented relative to travel contracts and the EEC directive 90/314.
2. TOURS
All of our excursions do not require a minimum number of participants.
Bookings are subject to place and language availability.
During our tours, our Official Guides and Accompanying Services can be performed in various languages.
3. ISSUE OF VOUCHERS
The client must receive either by the Tour Operator or the booking agency or the accommodation a voucher to be presented at the beginning of the tour.
4. BOOKINGS
Reservations are always required and have to be done either through our Tour Operator directly, or at the reception desk of the clients accommodation, or by agencies both in Italy and abroad.
5. CANCELLATION DONE BY THE CLIENT
For cancellations communicated to the Tour Operator in writing within at least 2 (two) days prior the booked excursion date, our Agency allow the client to receive a refund of the sum paid.
No refund will be possible when canceling the reservation of the tour/activity with less than at least 2 (two) days notice.
No refund will be given to those clients who do not show up at the departure time and point, or to those who loose contact with the guide and therefore do not complete the excursion.
6. CANCELLATION DONE BY THE TOUR OPERATOR
In case of cancellation of the excursions/activities which, for any reason, had to be done by the Tour Operator, the client will have the right to claim reimbursement, only for the sum paid.
7. CHANGE OF BOOKING
In case of operational reasons or matter not due to the Tour Operator (road condition, strikes, delays, changes in opening times or other problems) the Tour Operator may modify the tour at any time or replace it with alternative services of the same type and quality. In such case there will be no change in the price of the excursion and the modifications will be proposed and communicated before the departure.
When, in spite of reservations, during the periods of greatest attendance, there are entrance delays to museums, churches and so on, the Tour Operator and its staff could not be considered responsible.
8. CHILDREN’S FARE
When sitting with their parents, children under 2 (two) years of age travel free. If they wish to sit independently, they must sit on a baby-seat (as per law) and pay 50% of the price. Children between 3 and 12 years of age, showing a document proving their age, are allowed to a 50% discount on the price of everyone of our excursion.
9. PRICE MODIFICATONS
In case of sudden increase in individual prices indicated superior to 10% (e.g. new taxes or duties), the excursions prices will be modified accordingly. Clients, hotels, accommodations and agencies which sell our services will be informed in writing. These programs and prices have to be considered valid form March 15th 2009 to March 15th 2010.
10. PROMOTIONS/REDUCTIONS
Our Agency allow its kind customers to discounts for groups (variable according to the number of people) and, as stated in point 8., for children.
11. TOUR OPERATOR BOND
The excursions scheduled in the program are covered by R.C. insurance for the risk, limits of indemnity which appears in the article 13 of L.R.T. 16/94 with ASSICURAZIONI GENERALI nr. 239454926.
The Tour Operator does not respond for damages caused by third parties or for reasons beyond its control and is not responsible for loss or forgetfulness of valuable (and not) objects or luggage during the excursion.
12. DISPUTES
Any complaint by the client must be communicated in writing to the Tour Operator staff within and not later than 10 business days after the date of the tour. The complaints or disputes that cannot be solved amicably between the client and the Tour Operator, shall be referred to the Siena Court.
